NOTES: They changed their name to Testament in 1986.
There was precisely one show played as Legacy with Chuck Billy on vocals, in July of 1986.

The second Legacy demo, with Steve "Zetro" Souza on vocals. "Reign of Terror"
was featured on the 'Eastern Front' compilation in 1985.

A version of "The Haunting" was recorded during the same sessions, but did not
appear on the demo.

Informally referred to as 'First Strike Is Deadly.'

Como muchos sabrán estos legacy se convertirían en lo que ahora es Testament, este fue el único demo oficial que lanzaron y del cual usarían 3 tracks para su Lp debut "Legacy" bajo el nombre de Testament, la única que no apareció fue "Reign of Terror" que aparecería en el Ep del '88 "Trialby fire" (esto en estudio, pues anteriormente fue grabada en directo para su Ep "Live At Eindhoven") y en varias compilaciones posteriores. Documento historico que vale la pena escucharlo.
